Inceb is a company that encompasses two areas of activity: Engineering & Design and turnkey construction. We work on various types of projects: Professional use buildings (offices, factories, etc.) as well as Private use buildings (villas, apartment buildings, apartments, etc.).
History
An evolution guided by field experience, clarity of choices, and mastery of projects.
2009 Establishment of INCEB by Tarik Laraichi, with the ambition to offer controlled and high-quality construction and development projects.
2010-2013 INCEB develops alongside Sébastien Jonckheere and gradually specializes in villas, showrooms, restaurants, and offices.
In 2014, INCEB partnered with Cosimco, a subsidiary of the Belgian group Willemen, and expanded its expertise to the industrial sector.
In 2015, Tarik Laraichi was appointed General Director of Cosimco Morocco while Sébastien Jonckheere took on the operational management of INCEB.
In 2019, Tarik Laraichi took the helm of the two entities, INCEB and Cosimco Morocco, ensuring their parallel strategic development.
In 2021, Tarik Laraichi left Cosimco Morocco to fully dedicate himself to the development and repositioning of INCEB.
2023-2025 INCEB is undergoing a phase of internal structuring and clarification to consolidate its fundamentals and refine its vision.
2026 INCEB begins a new phase of development with a streamlined structure and an approach focused on quality, customer proximity, and overall project management.
